PM Modi Hosts A High-Level Meeting On Afghanistan, Including Shah, Rajnath, Sitharaman, And Doval
According to sources, the meeting discussed the current situation in Afghanistan, as well as other vital issues.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's house in New Delhi hosted a high-level gathering. The meeting is attended by Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, CDS Bipin Rawat, and NSA Ajit Doval. The agenda for the discussions is still unknown.
According to sources, the existing situation in Afghanistan, as well as India's future course of action in this regard, were discussed at length during the discussion.
According to insiders, India is currently in a "wait and watch" mindset when it comes to the growing situation in Afghanistan. The prime minister also held an important discussion on the changing situation in Afghanistan last week. Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval were all present at the meeting.
The meeting also reviewed India's future course of action in Afghanistan, in addition to the current situation. It was a three-hour meeting.
