Jasprit Bumrah's Scorching Yorker To Dismiss Jonny Bairstow
At The Oval, Jasprit Bumrah produced a brilliant yorker to dismiss Jonny Bairstow in the fourth innings.
On Day 5 of the fourth Test between India and England at The Oval, Jasprit Bumrah commanded the roost with a frightening performance in the second session, dismissing Ollie Pope and Jonny Bairstow in quick succession to give India two crucial breakthroughs. Bumrah became the fastest Indian pacer to 100 Test wickets with Pope's wicket, but Bairstow's departure was a sight to behold, as a stunning toe-crushing yorker left the Englishman befuddled. Bairstow had no answers for this delivery as he was dismissed for a duck.

Bumrah also set a new record for the fastest Indian bowler to reach 100 Test wickets. He did it in 24 Test matches, just one less than Kapil Dev (25).
Irfan Pathan (28), Mohammed Shami (29), and Javagal Srinath (30), in addition to Bumrah and Dev, are the other Indian pacers on the list of fastest Indian fast bowlers to 100 Test wickets. Ravichandran Ashwin, an off-spinner, leads the pack among all Indian bowlers, having taken 100 wickets in just 18 matches.
After losing by 99 runs in the first innings, India scored 466 runs in the second. Rohit Sharma scored his first overseas Test hundred, Cheteshwar Pujara scored his second half-century of the series, and Shardul Thakur and Rishabh Pant, too, scored the fifties to help India set England a target of 368 runs.
